Removing the Laundry Room Floor

For the first time in years Karl and I stayed home during summer shutdown to work on the house. Our primary accomplishments were packing up 70 something boxes of stuff, mostly books, to put in storage and removing the rest of the laundry room floor.

• Finally rented a storage unit!
• Packed up part of the house to get stuff out of the way.
• Karl removed the drywall from the laundry room closet.
• Finished removing the laundry room floor.
• Karl began adding insulation.

We just need to move a few things out of they way and the studio, laundry room, and hall way will be ready for drywall. However we need to have our heat pump tuned up or replaced so we’re having to postpone getting drywall put up for now.
