Mushroom Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 16 oz boneless pork chops
  • 1 cup (chopped) onion
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 cans Campbell’s Condensed 98% Fat-Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the mushroom soup and onions.
  3. Place pork chops in a casserole dish, then add the soup mixtures and water. Sprinkle with pepper.
  4. Bake for 1-1/2 hours.
