Ingredients
- 16 oz boneless pork chops
- 1 cup (chopped) onion
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 cans Campbell’s Condensed 98% Fat-Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup water
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, mix the mushroom soup and onions.
- Place pork chops in a casserole dish, then add the soup mixtures and water. Sprinkle with pepper.
- Bake for 1-1/2 hours.
