Bulletproof Coffee – NEW FAVORITE – the butter and coconut oil counter the bitterness of coffee and make it almost sweet.
Keto Breads
Cream Cheese Pancakes – These blew my mind the first time I tried them. Who knew you could make pancakes from cream cheese and eggs? I leave out the sugar substitute when making these because my sweet tooth fades when I eat Keto. These are great with sugar-free syrup, or as wraps for sandwiches.
Keto Bread – Pork Rind Nearly No Carb Bread – Super savory bread substitute. It’s great on its own or for use as a bun.
Keto Country Biscuits – Great biscuit substitute. Great for breakfast or as a snack.
Keto Baking
Loaded Baked Omelet Muffins – This is a great versatile recipe for making omelet muffins. I first made this recipe as is minus the bell pepper and it was super yummy. Karl and I also like making it with dry salami instead of bacon to change things up.
Spinach Pie – Spinach, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, and eggs. This crustless spinach pie is great for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and it’s super easy to make.
Main Dishes
Low-Carb Cabbage Enchiladas – be sure to cook cabbage long enough that it’s not tough
Keto Side Dishes
Loaded Cauliflower Bake – If you love macaroni and cheese but want to eat healthy this Loaded Cauliflower Bake recipe is for you. It’s super cheesy, savory, and rich. A perfect side dish with chicken or ham.
Favorite Slow Cooker Keto Recipes
I’m a super lazy cook so I slow cooker recipes that allow me to just toss a bunch of ingredients in a pot and walk away.
Paleo Pork Roast with Sugar-Free Chimichurri Sauce – This is so yummy. The Chimichurri Sauce is the highlight of this dish, but the Pork Roast recipe is great by itself.
