Dragon Con 2015, Friday

Photos from Friday at Dragon Con. As usual tons of great costumes. Our schedule for the day included a World of Warcraft panel, a Star Wars puppet show, purchasing lightsabers we’ve been drooling over for years, and dressing up in our Sith costumes for our Star Wars cosplay group.

The State of World of Warcraft

Blizzard’s Senior Designer Jonathan LeCraft answered questions and talked about the most recent Azeroth news, mainly the recent expansion announcement. The panel was packed when I arrived so I stood at the door with a small group of WoW fans determined to hear the news.

A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Deathstar

This wacky, fan-made parody of Star Wars puppet show, presented by Mike Horner, shows what might happen if George Lucas turned his epic space saga into a musical puppet show. Karl and I had never been to a puppet show before so this was an amusing experience. I wish we could of sat a bit closer, the crowd for this event was huge, thankfully the show was also projected onto several screens.
