I first enjoyed this refreshing tomato-based summer soup at the Georgia Renaissance Festival and have been on the hunt for a similar recipe ever since. There are hundreds if not thousands of ways to make Gazpacho since there&#8217;s really no wrong way, but it is traditionally tomato-based.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I like to be able to drink mine like a beverage most of the time so I like the runnier\/well-blended recipes best.<\/p>\n<p>I recently found a super simple recipe that is easy to make. This version is essentially a drink. I like to add a little lemon juice to it and sometimes a few finely chopped bits of tomato, cucumber, and onion if I want it more soup like.<\/p>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">You can thank me later.
