To begin, I started a ketogenic diet with the help of Karl who is doing almost all the cooking and meal prep. I weighed in at 296.8 lbs this morning which means I&#8217;ve lost 6lbs this week, and I can feel it! My ring keeps sliding off my finger and I feel a little less puffy all over. To help keep myself&nbsp;health-focused and on track I set up a Facebook page called Keto Carol, and an Instagram account <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/ketocarolventures\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">@ketocarolventures<\/a> and have been posting to each every day. I have received a lot of support and motivation which blows my mind. It&#8217;s a whole lot easier to stick to a plan when you have people rooting for you.<\/p>\n<p>As of this week, I am also participating in Inktober, an annual drawing challenge. I haven&#8217;t drawn in a long time so I am using this as an opportunity to practice and as an opportunity to learn more about Adobe Premiere via time-lapse videos. On Tuesday I had two photo shoots scheduled, one fell through so I was able to finally get into the lighting studio and photograph my Starfall card game. Afterward,&nbsp;I did a &#8217;90s&nbsp;style portrait shoot for the Drama Department&#8217;s production of She Kills Monsters. It was so much harder than it should have been. He froze up constantly and didn&#8217;t take direction well. Also, I probably wasn&#8217;t as patient with him as I should have been. I jokingly told my professor the following morning that our interview assignment was going to ruin my marriage.
