Photos from Friday at Dragon Con. As usual tons of great costumes. Our schedule for the day included a World of Warcraft panel, a Star Wars puppet show, purchasing lightsabers we’ve been drooling over for years, and dressing up in our Sith costumes for our Star Wars cosplay group.<\/p>\n

The State of World of Warcraft<\/h3>\n

Blizzard’s Senior Designer Jonathan LeCraft answered questions and talked about the most recent Azeroth news, mainly the recent expansion announcement. The panel was packed when I arrived so I stood at the door with a small group of WoW fans determined to hear the news.<\/p>\n

A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Deathstar<\/h3>\n

This wacky, fan-made parody of Star Wars puppet show, presented by Mike Horner, shows what might happen if George Lucas turned his epic space saga into a musical puppet show. Karl and I had never been to a puppet show before so this was an amusing experience. I wish we could of sat a bit closer, the crowd for this event was huge, thankfully the show was also projected onto several screens.<\/p>\n
