Lots of tests, visitors, and phone calls. I barely had time to rest in-between. I felt exhausted all day but breathing is a little easier. I’ve had pins and needle-like pain in my back most of the day, and my legs are hurting and itchy. I am not enjoying the new pair of compression hose they put on me. My dry cough is getting a bit worse and my throat is feeling a bit sore.

Heparin upped to 1800
6 AM – Breakfast: I loved this potato casserole thing
Tired and groggy. Could not sleep well despite morphine and sleeping pill.
Lunch: so much better than yesterday
11-12:30 PM – Anna came for a visit. Brought me pepsi and cookies. Yay!
Feeling a bit better.

AnnaMaria visited and brought ice cream, chocolate, tulips, and a card. She also called the nurses station yesterday after no one brought me ice after I asked four different times over the span of a few hours. I knew they were busy but AM made sure I got my ice. lol
